When personal and professional milestones collide, the results are life-changing! I came across my eCornell certificate and began reflecting on my journey since completion. When I completed the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, I didn’t fully comprehend all of the ways it would impact my personal and professional growth journey as the Founder and CEO of Attard Leadership Academy.
This wasn’t just another course. It was a deep dive into the strategic, financial, and operational tools every entrepreneur needs to build a sustainable, scalable business. From customer discovery to funding strategies, legal frameworks to digital marketing. I walked away with fresh insights and renewed clarity.
But what matters most is that this learning doesn’t stay with me. It directly enhances the way I support my clients.
Whether consulting with HR leaders, delivering soft-skills training, or coaching new and emerging leaders, I’m bringing a stronger, sharper, and more entrepreneurial lens to the table.
